Its important that each project is approached in its own way. Although we have a core methodology this changes to meet the project scope and the way our clients work. We work with you rather than to our own agenda.After meeting and discussing your requirements we will deliver an initial scoping document that outlines the size of the project and the broad range of skills needed to complete it and some of the directions and issues we need to investigate. This will allow us to cost up the price of developing a full solutions document that will investigate and deliver a project brief. The price of the solutions document is fully deductible form the end price of work carried out, but it allows us to work through the various risks, and to think about initial concepts, methodologies, working practices and timelines. Once agreed this will allow the solution to be finalised and allow work to start in a rapid and efficient manner.
