Designed and directed the User Interaction for 385 web sites over 50 countries based upon a centrally controlled content management solution using nearly every Microsoft technology available. Applications designed included appointment and meeting calendaring system, online stand purchasing, product libraries and administration interface. Consulted on Flash solutions for certain functional areas of the web site. Worked extensively with the client and the end users in developing user interface and the use cases based on these. Introduced marchFIRST to information architecture, the project methodology that I introduced got recommended for best global practice. Managed and directed the design team behind the project.
